Please note:

Applications will not be accepted unless they are FULLY completed with ALL of the required supporting documentation or if you have not viewed the property you are applying for.
 

APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED AT OUR OFFICE – BETWEEN 9AM AND 4-30PM ONLY.
 

IDENTIFICATION: when submitting your application you MUST provide ORIGINAL Identification Documents.  You will need to make up a minimum of 100 POINTS of identification.

  • Current Passport                 70 points
  • Payslip
  • Current Drivers License      40 points
  • Centrelink Statment
  • Medicare card                      20 points
  • Bank Account Statement
  • Birth Certificate                   40 points
  • Employment Confirmation Letter
  • Bank Card (ATM)                 20 points

 
  • Other Photographic ID       20 points

 

 

 

OPTION FEE: Please be aware that you will be required to pay an Option Fee equivalent to one weeks rent with your application.  Please note that we are unable to process your application if you do not pay the option fee. 

If you withdraw your application after you have been accepted, the option fee is forfeited.  Payment of the option fee is to be made by Money Order or Bank Cheque only.  If you are not successful, your option fee will be returned via direct bank transfer or cheque only. 

 

Transfers are made from our account within 24hours, however may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
