For the housing investors of Mandurah and surrounds, the month of November was a good one....

For the housing investors of Mandurah and surrounds, the month of November was a good one with many of our properties being leased for asking weekly rental price and a few being tenanted before advertised. This results with us having an average lower vacancy rate of 4.16%, compared to the industry standard of 6.3% (Source: Reiwa Perth metro 2017).

That means very happy owners as we lease their properties quickly!
