Here we have included information and resources for tenants related to Covid 19.

The government is introducing changes to the Residential Tenancies Act to assist people experiencing difficulties due to Covid 19. Please see the FAQs in the link below. 


As we move into more uncertain times we are aware that people are going to be going through unforeseen employment changes etc. Here is the best link to centrelink to access payments from the government to help you through these times

Should you be experiencing financial hardship due to Covid 19, and are unable to continue paying your current rent amount, please complete the below form and return it to your property manager.

 As the nation now moves closer to lockdown we have closed our office to the public.
You can still contact our office as our reception will be working from home, and all of our staff members mobile numbers are available here and all of our team are working to full capacity from home, our technology and systems allow this, along with regular zoom meeting catch ups. 
For those who need to drop off or pick up keys, we have a dedicated pick up time between 9am and 10am every morning that a staff member will be in the office.
However, please ensure you let your property manager know that you will be in so we can have the keys clean and ready for you. We ask that you take put the keys in the plastic zip lock bag that will be given to you with the keys in the envelope.
All of our outside work will still be done, inspections and rental viewings, however, we have to ask that anyone who has been overseas in the last 14 days and have inspections booked to please contact us immediately. Also, if you are unwell or have flu/cold like symptoms you let us know.
